The shop at shanelachance.com is operated by Shane LaChance Creative LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to purchases from our online shop, including the SoupDuJour26 series.

Please review these terms and our Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method provided. Please ensure your contact, billing, and shipping information is accurate.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

If a product becomes unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or we reasonably suspect unauthorized payment, we may cancel the affected order and promptly refund any payment collected. We will not increase the price of an accepted order or substitute another product without your agreement.

Our hats are made after an order is placed. We work with Printful, our production and fulfillment partner, to embroider and ship them.

Please review the product description, sizing information, color, and design before ordering. Product availability may depend on hat inventory and production capacity.

Product images may include digital or AI-assisted mockups representing the intended product. Screen settings, lighting, fabric, and the embroidery process may result in minor differences in perceived color, texture, and placement.

These variations do not excuse a material difference from the product description, an incorrect item, or defective embroidery. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us.

SoupDuJour26 features original letterform designs applied to wearable products. Release timing and availability are described in individual listings and announcements.

Products are numbered or quantity-limited editions only when expressly identified as such. Any stated quantity limit, ordering deadline, or retirement commitment applies to the identified release.

Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, voluntary changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. This does not limit cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.

Original artwork, letterforms, and website content belong to Shane LaChance Creative LLC or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a hat gives you ownership of the physical product. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the design for merchandise or other commercial uses.

You are welcome to wear, gift, photograph, and share your hat. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law, including lawful resale of the physical item.

Please contact shane@shanelachance.com if you have a concern about your purchase. We will work with you toward a resolution. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising your legal or payment-dispute rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. New York law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
